Title:
  Mismatch error in test_barbican.py

Status in python-barbicanclient package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Package: python-barbicanclient
  Failure: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/533116706/buildlog_ubuntu-hirsute-amd64.python-barbicanclient_5.0.1-0ubuntu1_BUILDING.txt.gz

The test_barbican.py is failing because it's trying to compare 0
  instead of None.
