Title:
Builds are failing due to harmless warnings

Status in request-tracker5 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The builds have some tests that are failing due to harmless warnings.
The warning "no name" for a missing key is valid behavior, so we will
add it to the regex for acceptable crypt-gnupg warnings.
