Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build-depend on libdrm-dev.
* Build-depend on libdrm-dev.
Debian has added the new build dependency
Changelog entries since current hirsute version 5.0.0+dfsg-1ubuntu1:

* New upstream maintenance release
* Drop upstreamed patches

opencpn (5.2.0+dfsg1-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream release including plugin downloader. Closes: #948702
* Add Build-Depends libdrm-dev. Closes: #962213
* Adjust libcurl b-d, add libcurl4-openssl-dev alternative.
* Update Replace/Break to match actual release.
* Update debian/copyright due to new upstream source layout.
* Drop opencpn-plugins transition package.
* Bump Standards-Version to 4.5.0, no changes.
* Replace override_dh_install with declarative stuff.
