Nope, apparently r-cran-loo breaks r-cran-projpred. Maybe new r-cran-
projpred upstream fixes that.

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Use r-cran-emmeans in autopkgtest
    * Use r-cran-emmeans in autopkgtest

  The extra dependency has now been added to the autopkgtest i Debian as
