[Impact]
* According to official documentation ( http://ceres-
solver.org/building.html#using-ceres-with-cmake ), a "CeresConfig.cmake"
should be generated during the build.
* Version 1.11.0~dfsg0-2 does not properly ship it.
[Test Case]
* Try to use CMake 'find_package(Ceres)' in another project
* Notice CMake failure to find Ceres
[Where problems could occur]
* Changes introduced here are installing files that were not previously
properly installed.
* Regression potential is very low.
