  Cannot use PRIME render offloading on AMD CPUs

Bug description:
  Release: Ubuntu 20.04
  Package version: 1:0.8.1

  gpu-manager will only configure X for PRIME render offloading when
  using an Intel CPU with integrated graphics. AMD CPUs also have
  integrated graphics that can support GPU offloading.
