  gammu-smsd fails to install in focal

Bug description:
  the package gammu-smsd to be released for focal has a grave error in
  it which fails the installation and what's worse fails the
  deinstallation henceforth.  The problem is that apparently what's
  meant to be a variable (${CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_BINDIR}) is not replaced
  during the build and ends up in /lib/systemd/system/gammu-
  smsd.service.

  The package in Debian is equally affected.  This is a regression from
  eoan.
