Bug description:
  Please sync psst 1.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Version 1.0-1 is basically the same as 0.1-11 with a new 1.0
  tarball and the debian patches removed since they are all now
  merged into the upstream 1.0-1 version.

  Changelog entries since current focal version 0.1-11:

  psst (1.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Sync with upstream version 1.0
     - remove debian patches as these are now all integrated into
       the upstream 1.0 version
