Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/control:
    - Depends on fonts-urw-base35 instead of gsfonts
      (lp: #1862641)
  * debian/control:
    - Depends on fonts-urw-base35 instead of gsfonts
      (lp: #1862641)
  * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.

The package dependency has been updated in the Debian package too.
