Please sync ruby-defaults 1:2.7~0 (main) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Make autopkgtests cross-test-friendly.
The delta was applied in Debian version 1:2.5.7.1.
This sync will allow us to start the Ruby 2.7 transition since the version
1:2.7~0 supports only Ruby 2.7 (Ruby 2.5 support was dropped).
It builds fine in Focal and the autopkgtest passes.
Changelog entries since current focal version 1:2.5.2ubuntu1:
ruby-defaults (1:2.7~0) experimental; urgency=medium

* debian/tests/control: add test-name pkg-config test
