Bug description:
  A recent upload changed the build-dependencies so the package now
  can't be built on ppc64el and s390x. Please remove those binaries so
  that the new version can migrate from focal-proposed to focal. This
  was already done in Debian, https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
  bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=948686.

  There are no rdeps.
  $ reverse-depends -r focal src:minizinc-ide
  No reverse dependencies found
  $ reverse-depends -r focal -b src:minizinc-ide
  No reverse dependencies found
