Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Remove empty Object Hierarchy section from documentation index to fix
    build with gtk-doc 1.32.
  * Remove empty Object Hierarchy section from documentation index to fix
    build with gtk-doc 1.32.
  * Remove empty Object Hierarchy section from documentation index to fix
    build with gtk-doc 1.32.

The patch to remove the empty section is now included in Debian.

  * Non-maintainer upload.
