There are no changes in that debdiff except for adding a header to the
patch file and updating a couple of po files. There should not be patch
files in there in the first place, this is a native package.

  [Impact]
  pycodestyle error E741 appears when pycodestyle is updated to support Python 3.8 as in focal (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-flake8/+bug/1883175). These style errors are preventing an SRU of flake8, pyflakes, and pycodestyle.

  [Regression Potential]
  Extremely limited, only a few local variables are changed, expanded out to non single character names.
