Again, this patch is invalid, you don't ship debian/patches in native
packages, and they're not applied during the build anyway.

Bug description:
  [Impact]
  pycodestyle error E741 appears when pycodestyle is updated to support Python 3.8 as in focal (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-flake8/+bug/1883175). These style errors are preventing an SRU of flake8, pyflakes, and pycodestyle.

  [Regression Potential]
  Extremely limited, only a few local variables are changed, expanded out to non single character names.
