Bug description:
  [Impact]
  pycodestyle error E741 appears when pycodestyle is updated to support Python 3.8 as in focal (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-flake8/+bug/1883175). These style errors are preventing an SRU of flake8, pyflakes, and pycodestyle.

  [Regression Potential]
  Extremely limited, only a few local variables are changed, expanded out to non single character names.

  Patch is backported from git commit e691d80(https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-release-upgrader/commit/?id=e691d80ee0b95b778e7f226b2c9f5a3ebfc544de)
