Title:
  Sync python-alignlib 0.1.1+dfsg-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

Status in python-alignlib package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please sync python-alignlib 0.1.1+dfsg-1.1 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
    * No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
    * Fix build dependencies.

  The Debian package now depends on python3-all-dev too. Looks like the
  delta was upstreamed.

  Changelog entries since current groovy version 0.1.1+dfsg-1ubuntu2:

  python-alignlib (0.1.1+dfsg-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Non-maintainer upload.

    [ Matthias Klose ]
    * debian/control: Fix python3-related build dependencies.
      (Closes: #949972)
