Bug description:
  Please sync distcc 3.3.3-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Drop build-dependency on python3.7
    * Drop build-dependency on python3.7
    * No-change rebuild to build with python3.8.

  The Debian package has dropped the python3.7 dependency as well.

  Changelog entries since current groovy version 3.3.3-2ubuntu1:

  distcc (3.3.3-3) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Drop build-dependency on python3.7 (Closes: #95185)
