Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for icu soname change.
  * No-change rebuild for icu soname change.
  * Add libxext-dev build-dep.
  * No-change rebuild against latest glew
  * No-change rebuild against latest glew
  * No-change rebuild against latest glew
  * No-change rebuild for icu soname changes.

The additional build dependency now also added in the Debian package.
