On behalf of UB and UM, there is no real reason to sync now - nor need
to SRU for 19.10.  The current version of lightdm-settings  works just
fine.

I will be testing and when confirmed, sync'ing for the 20.04 dev cycle.

Lets treat this as BAU and will close this.

  Doesn't startup due to not having slick-greeter package. Lightdm package should also be included in dependencies. Following packages should be including in runtime dependencies: lightdm, slick-greeter

  lightdm-settings (1.2.5-1) unstable; urgency=medium
