Please sync mosquitto 1.6.7-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Version 1.6.6 introduced a regression in libmosquitto that prevents all clients
from working that use the threaded network interface. This stops mosquitto_pub
from working, as well as any third party clients that make use of this common
feature.
