I only saw this sync request after I had already sync'd ladspa-sdk, but
found your libcgroup and mailman3 requests which I sponsored.

  Please sync ladspa-sdk 1.15-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
    * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
    * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
    * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
    * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
    * Disable PIE during build for now on all archs.
    * Disable PIE during build for now on all archs.

  
  The current Ubuntu delta is effectively empty.

  Changelog entries since current eoan version 1.13-3ubuntu2:

    * Upload to unstable
    * Add autopkgtests
