Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
  * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.

  * Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
  * Disable PIE during build for now on all archs.
  * Disable PIE during build for now on all archs.


The current Ubuntu delta is effectively empty.
