19.04. It didn't make it into Ubuntu 18.10.

Bug description:
  This package builds those binary packages:

  libpam-biometric - Insertable authentication module for PAM, added the
  support of biometric authentication for ukui-greeter, ukui-screensaver
  and ukui-polkit when Cooperation with biometric-authentication
  package.

  ukui-polkit - UKUI authentication agent for PolicyKit-1, added the
  support for biometric authentication additionally.

  And the biometric authentication is the new feature for ubuntu kylin
  18.10.
