Bug description:
  [Impact]

  Segmentation fault after close polkit window in UbuntuKylin 19.10.
  This cause the user can't authenticate after close the polkit window.

  [Test Case]

  1. Open ubuntu-kylin-software-center(or other software which need privilege)
  2. Choose an app to install by click the install button under the app icon.
  3. Close the authentication dialog.
  4. Choose an app to install again.

  expect:
  The authentication dialog appeared and can install the app after enter the password.

  actual:
  Nothing happened.

  [Regression Potential]

  1. This patch references what others(such as polkit-kde-agent-1) have
  done

  2. This patch is well test in my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~feng-
  kylin/+archive/ubuntu/1910test for a while.
