  This breaks firefox and thunderbird builds in eoan:

      cargo install --path . --bin cbindgen --root ../../cbindgen
      error: failed to acquire package cache lock

      Caused by:
        failed to open: /sbuild-nonexistent/.cargo/.package-cache

      Caused by:
        Permission denied (os error 13)
