Bug description:
  Please sync lwt 4.3.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Upload back in sync with Debian
    * Upload back in sync with Debian
    * Re-enable glib bindings, needed for zeroinstall-injector

  Looks like the changes were reverted again, effectively empty delta.

  Changelog entries since current focal version 2.7.1-7ubuntu2:

  lwt (4.3.0-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Comment out page_size test, which does not pass on all
  architectures
