It's not going to build on Ubuntu because it wants compiz with a bumped
epoch.

Unity teams about how to handle these packages.

Bug description:
  Please sync compizconfig-python 2:0.8.14-1 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  I see that this package was removed during the Quantal development
  cycle (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compizconfig-
  python/+publishinghistory). Now it has been reintroduced in Debian
  (see the latest changelog entry below) and I believe it needs to be
  synced manually since it has been removed in the past.
