Please sync mosquitto-auth-plugin 0.1.2-1 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Reapply the openssl1.1 patch.
  * Reapply the openssl1.1 patch.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Dont apply openssl 1.1 patch as openssl isnt present in ubuntu as
    yet.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.
  * Rebuild against libmysqlclient20.

The Ubuntu changes consisted of disabling a patch which was later
reenabled. Effectively an empty delta.

Changelog entries since current cosmic version 0.0.7-2.1ubuntu3:

mosquitto-auth-plugin (0.1.2-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version
  * debian/control:
    + update build-depends
    + updated Standards to 4.0.0
  * debian/patches:
    + fix_np_getopt: removed, upstreamed
    + fix_makefile: ported to new version
