Bug description:
  Please sync golang-github-coreos-bbolt 1.3.1-coreos.5-1 (universe)
  from Debian unstable (main)

  This package is a prerequisite (build requirement) of etcd 3.2.17+dfsg-1,
  and is needed for solving the an FTBFS problem in etcd 3.2.9+dfsg-1,
  see LP:1757350.

  It was forked from golang-github-boltdb-bolt so that the CoreOS team
  could make extensive bugfixes and enhancements that the original
  bolt author wasn't ready to accept.
