Title:
FFe: Sync pikopixel.app 1.0-b9a-1 from Debian testing

Status in pikopixel.app package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This is a FeatureFreeze exception request for the PikoPixel pixel-
art editor in Ubuntu 18.04: Please sync pikopixel.app 1.0-b9a-1 from
  Debian testing.

1.0-b9a-1 is a bugfix-only update that fixes several issues in
  1.0-b9-1 (current Bionic version):

  - The package doesn't install PikoPixel's .desktop file in
/usr/share/applications/, so PikoPixel doesn't appear in desktop menus
and can only be launched from the command line

  - Unable to change the grid type in the Grid Settings panel
  (NSSegmentedControls ignore mouseclicks)

  - PikoPixel's .desktop file is missing an entry for "Keywords",
preventing PikoPixel from appearing in some relevant search results
