I am not on the Ubuntu Release Team.

This seems like a clear bug fix so no Feature Freeze Exception should be
required. Ubuntu has a different understanding of Freeze than Debian
does.

I'm syncing this for you now.

  Please not that the missed update is just to include a .yml file in the package
  that is currently missing in Ubuntu and leaves an optional feature broken.
