hugo (0.37.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream bugfix release:
     - Fixes SVG (and similar) handling as page resources.
  * Prevent TestImageResize8BitPNG from failing on Ubuntu
    by setting NO_PNG_PKG_MANGLE=1 to prevent pkgbinarymangler
    from recompressing our test PNG image.

Bug description:
  Please sync hugo 0.37.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

    Besides the upstream fix of a regression in hugo 0.37,
    "export NO_PNG_PKG_MANGLE := 1" has been added to debian/rules
    to avoid build failure on Ubuntu Autopkgtest / debhelper
    which uses pkgbinarymangler.

    This upload should hopefully allow

     * golang-friday 1.5.1-1
     * golang-github-chaseadamsio-goorgeous 2.0.0+git20171126.dcf1ef8-2
     * hugo 0.37.1-1

    to be unstuck and be migrated from bionic-proposed to bionic-
  release.
