  golang-blackfriday (1.5.1-1), required by hugo (>= 0.37-1)
  (which and has just been triaged for FFe sync)[1], is stuck in
  bionic-proposed because tests in golang-github-chaseadamsio-goorgeous
  no longer matched golang-blackfriday's output change
  that took place between between 1.5-1 and 1.5.1-1.[2]
