Bug description:
  Dear release team,

  please grant a freeze exception for this package. It is needed as a
  build dependency for hugo. I've asked for a freeze exception for hugo
  as well in a separate bug report. You can find more on the rationale
  in that report, I'll link it as soon as I have the bug URL.

  The new upstream of golang-github-alecthomas-chroma fixes a bug in
  yaml highlighting.
