Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/docs: Remove nonexistent AUTHORS.MD to fix FTBFS with Ubuntu's
    version of debhelper.
  * debian/docs: Remove nonexistent AUTHORS.MD to fix FTBFS with Ubuntu's
    version of debhelper.
  * debian/docs: Remove nonexistent AUTHORS.MD to fix FTBFS with Ubuntu's
    version of debhelper.

debian/docs has been updated in the Debian package too, and no longer
contains AUTHORS.MD
