I can't work on this merge myself. I'm filing this for reference.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta:
  * Add u1-more-sphinx-1.5-fixes.patch to fix build with Sphinx 1.5.
  * Drop unneeded debian/rules changes from the last uploads.
  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - Match lcalc versioning to the latest ubuntu one. (Can be
      dropped in next sync of lcalc)
