Applying php-zeta-base patch, and building with $ mk-sbuild bionic;
sbuild -A -d bionic *.dsc fails with

   debian/rules override_dh_auto_test

Bug description:
  For Bionic, this package needs to be updated for compatibility with
  PHPUnit 6. The upstream project hasn't seen any activity in the past 3
  years, so the patch will be made in the package. (I will also try to
  upstream the changes, but it looks like the project is dead.)
