Bug description:
  Alpha 2 Ubuntu Budgie

  Test case "Install (entire disk) in Ubuntu Budgie Desktop amd64"

  Step 1 Boot up the image
      The system boots properly and loads the installer displaying the Welcome dialog with language selection and 'Try Ubuntu Budgie' and 'Install Ubuntu Budgie' buttons

  It doesnt boot directly to the ubiquity dialog as per the test case
