script:

ImportError: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_python27.so.1.67.0:
undefined symbol: PyClass_Type

How to reproduce:
1. Install packages:
python36
python3-libtorrent
2. Run any python script importing libtorrent module
