Bug description:
  An updated version of budgie-welcome is now available.

  Please can this updated version of our existing universe package be
  uploaded to artful?

  Below are the details...

  BTW - the bulk of the changes are translation updates together with a
  fix for this bug-report

  Changes since last version:

    * Bug-fix release
      - install missing package for flatpak install option

  Notes:
  lintian -i -I run on .changes file
  check-all-the-things has been run

  
  EDIT: Original Description

  In Ubuntu Budgie 17.10, Budgie Welcome 0.5.4 crashed when I tried to
  install themes from there. But later the themes were installed except
  'Flat-Plat'. It shows error whenever I try to install the theme. Also,
  I have installed 'Flatpak' from there and restarted many times but it
  still says "service starts after the reboot".
