Public bug reported:

Please sync libjaxen-java 1.1.6-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Revert to using ant for build process to support continued main
    inclusion in Ubuntu.

    inclusion in Ubuntu.

  * No-change rebuild with openjdk-7 as default-jdk.
  * No-change rebuild with openjdk-7 as default-jdk.
  * No-change rebuild with openjdk-7 as default-jdk.
  * No-change rebuild with openjdk-7 as default-jdk.

The delta was introduced to switch build tool since Ubuntu had
included the package in main. However, now that the package
has been demoted to universe in 16.04 and later releases,
I believe the delta is no longer neccessary.

Changelog entries since current bionic version 1.1.6-1ubuntu1:

libjaxen-java (1.1.6-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Suggest instead of recommending libdom4j-java, libjdom1-java and libxom-java
  * Generate the OSGi metadata
  * Build with the DH sequencer instead of CDBS
  * Moved the package to Git
  * Standards-Version updated to 4.1.1
  * Switch to debhelper level 10
  * Track and download the new releases from GitHub
