For this to land, I think we just need a DD to release ubuntu-dev-tools
trunk into debian unstable and sync to Ubuntu.  I'll remove the sponsors
subscription.

  The ubuntu-dev-tools package provides very useful scripts to get
  source for packages in debian and ubuntu, but a tool to get source
  from the Cloud Archive is also needed.
