As maintainer of this package, please can this high-priority bug fix be applied to zesty asap.

This update actually removes a patch previously made - this linked
upstream report #809 is the upstream issue this workaround fix resolves.
We are waiting for an upstream fix to restore GTK popover animations
correctly - in the interim, I'm happy this patch resolves adequately the
very visible issue noted by beta 2 testers.

Bug description:

  2)Graphical Issue: I have given a reference video sample which was taken on remix 16.10 in which this issue is not present. remix 16.04 also does not have this glitch.

  The issue is when i click options on top bar such as "user
  indicator(power button)" or "bluetooth" or "clock" or "budgie menu"
  etc. , the animation is aggressive as if it opens twice.
