Bug description:
  As the Debian maintainer I have uploaded this to mentors today

   Changes since the last upload:

     * New upstream release
      - Cinnamon 3.2 fixes
      - Fix frame borders with GTK+3.22.9
      - Small bugfixes
    * Packaging Changes
      - update copyright year from 2016 to 2016-2017

  Ordinarily I would have asked for a sync once the package has been
  uploaded to Debian.

  However, due to our (zesty) upcoming UI Freeze date and not knowing
  when Debian will process the RFS, I have submitted this here as well.

  The reasons are similar as the bug-report:

  I see that zesty contains GTK+3.22.7 whereas Jeremy Bicha has
  confirmed that GTK+3.22.9 is imminently due to be uploaded.

  Once GTK+3.22.9 is uploaded arc-theme (which is the key GTK theme for Ubuntu Budgie) will
  then be visually broken due to this issue:

  'After upgrading to GTK 3.22.9 frame border style should be applied to
  frame.flat > border instead of frame > border.flat.' The Adwaita theme
  was updated for these requirements too:

  I can confirm that this release of arc-theme works with GTK+3.22.8 as
  well as GTK+3.22.9"
