[Bug 1697792] [NEW] indicator-session doesn't fully support MATE Desktop

Public bug reported:

indicator-session can be run in Ubuntu MATE but some functionality is
absent. Clicking the following doesn't do anything:

  * About This Computer
  * System Settings...
  * Lock/Switch Account...

The following merge proposal add the required support for the above:
