Title:
  Merge 0.11.2-2 from Debian Sid

Status in lxqt-l10n package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
This most recent Debian revision contains a Recommends line on
qttranslations5-l10n which makes translated menus work better, and it
also contains a Standards-version bump. We should merge this into
  Ubuntu.

The delta exists because of some transitional packages we can drop
  after 18.04 LTS is released.
