Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Remove rm on license.txt as its no longer generated on buildtime.
    Fix FTBFS on amd64.

The same fix has been applied to the rules file in the new Debian package.
It is the issue referred to by a bug number in the changelog.

Changelog entries since current artful version 4.53-3ubuntu1:

pyro4 (4.61-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Serpent 1.23 or greater is now required.
  * Correct duplicate documentation removal (closes: #869432).
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.0.0 .
