  Merge 1.1.0-2 from Debian Sid

Status in lasi package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  We should merge 1.1.0-2 from Debian Sid as it contains a few packaging
  fixes, one of them fixes a Debian bug.

  The delta exists because of needing a transitional package (for the
  gcc-5 ABI changes) until 18.04 is released.
