Title:
Please merge libmicrohttpd 0.9.55-1 (universe) from Debian (unstable)

Status in libmicrohttpd package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Please merge the latest version of this package from Debian unstable.

  The current Ubuntu delta:
    * debian/rules: Disable SPDY packages, security team NACK'ed them for main.
      (LP #1488341)
    * debian/libmicrohttpd-dev.install: Install missing performance_data.png for
      info page.

The SPDY packages were disabled related to main inclusion (bug
1488341). Not sure about the story, but the package seems back in
Universe now. I don't know whether that would have been enough to re-
enable it, but SPDY support has been removed alltogether from upstream
(and Debian) so the changes can be dropped.

When it comes to the png file that's more of an ucharted territory for
me. I see that the info page references this file, so it should
presumably be included in the package, but even if it is it doesn't
seem to be displayed in the info page? I might be missing something
since I'm not all that familiar with info pages.

I used `grab-merge` for working on the merge.

Let me know if you have comments on these issue or anything else.
