Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Pull commits from upstream to fix terminal colours (LP: #1581186)

These changes are present on upstream 0.87.

I am a new uploader of mtr, so in the future if someone from Ubuntu needs to
mtr, please feel free to open a bug report on Debian and a i can patch it
there, downstreaming it to Ubuntu.
